I don't intend to ever again apply for a job, but the old habit of continually updating my curriculum vita dies hard, so I’ve included it here just in case anyone (e.g., a prospective publisher) happens to be curious about my credentials or experience (it also includes complete citations for all of my publications, for those who might be interested).
